Please provide me details below:
1. Web address where you would like the theme installed (e.g. yoursite123.com)
2. Hosting Panel/Control panel login details for your hosting account (panel URL, username & password)
3. Details FTP login for your hosting account (server/host, username & password)
4. Your website's name (e.g. Business 123)
5. Your website's logo (recomended in PNG, PSD).
6. Your theme's files, it's usually in a zip file (you can get all files from your account ThemeForest downloads page. Make sure to select "All files, include documentation".)
